1About these Terms

Welcome to AstroGrace (“AstroGrace”, “we”, “us”). These Terms apply to your use of our website and to any report or service you order from us. By placing an order or ticking the agreement box at checkout, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2Who can use our services

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a legally binding contract. If you order for another person (for example a spouse or child), you confirm you have their permission, or are their parent or legal guardian, to share their birth details with us.

3What we provide, and what astrology is

We provide personalised astrology reports based on the Vedic, Jaimini and KP systems, prepared from the birth details you give us. Reports are delivered as PDF files by email.

Please read this carefully. Astrology is an interpretive tradition. Our reports are guidance for reflection and planning, not scientific fact, and we do not guarantee any outcome.

• Reports are not medical, psychological, legal, financial or investment advice.
• Do not use a report in place of a doctor, lawyer or financial adviser, and do not stop or change any treatment because of it.
• Health and Speculation reports are for general insight only. Any decision you take is your own responsibility.

4Information you give us

The accuracy of a report depends on the details you provide, especially date, time and place of birth. Please give true and complete information. We are not responsible for reports based on wrong or incomplete details supplied by you. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for how we handle corrections.

5Orders and delivery

Placing an order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it by email or begin preparing your report. We aim to deliver your report by email within 5 to 7 working days after we receive your payment and complete birth details. This is an estimate, not a guarantee, and busy periods may take longer. Please check that your email address is correct and look in your spam folder. If your report has not arrived within 15 working days, contact us and we will resolve it or refund you.

6Prices and payment

Prices are shown at checkout, together with any applicable taxes. The price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. We may change prices for future orders at any time.

Payments are processed by CCAvenue (for customers in India) and PayPal (for international customers), who accept cards and other methods they offer. These providers handle your payment details under their own terms and privacy policies. AstroGrace never sees or stores your card details. If you see an unexpected charge, tell us within 30 days and we will help investigate.

7Refunds and cancellations

Because reports are personalised digital products, refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8Your account

If you create an account, keep your login details private and tell us quickly if you think someone else has used them. Please do not use another person’s details or payment method without permission.

9Our content and your use of reports

All text, designs, logos, images and report formats on this site belong to AstroGrace or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Your report is for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may share it with family if you wish, but you may not resell, publish, copy or distribute it commercially, or copy our website content, without our written permission.

10Acceptable use

Do not use the site for anything unlawful, fraudulent, harassing or offensive. Do not impersonate others, upload malicious code, interfere with the site’s operation, or use bots or automated tools to scrape, create accounts or place orders. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

11Comments, messages and testimonials

When you send us a comment or suggestion, you allow us to use the idea to improve our services without payment. We will not publish your name, photo or testimonial without your permission. You must not submit anything unlawful, defamatory, abusive or that infringes anyone’s rights, and you remain responsible for what you submit.

12Links and site accuracy

Our site may link to other websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link is not an endorsement. We take reasonable care to keep the site accurate, but it may contain typing mistakes or out-of-date information. If a price or description is clearly wrong, we will tell you before processing your order and you may cancel for a full refund.

13Limits of our responsibility

We take reasonable care in preparing every report, and we are responsible for any failure to do so. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on a report. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or your rights as a consumer under applicable law.

14Suspension and ending access

We may suspend or end your access to the site or an account if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms. Where reasonable, we will tell you why. Any refund due to you for an unfulfilled order will still be paid.

15Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a problem, please write to us first at support@astrograce.com. We will try to resolve it within 30 days. If we cannot, disputes are subject to the courts

16Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If we make an important change, we will tell you by email or a notice on the site. Changes apply to orders placed after the update, not to orders you have already placed.

17General

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a term, that does not mean we have given it up. These Terms, with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us.
