1Who we are

AstroGrace (“we”, “us”) provides personalised astrology reports. For the purposes of data protection law, we decide why and how your personal data is used. Questions or requests: support@astrograce.com.

2What information we collect

We collect only what we need:

• Contact details: your name, email address and, if you choose to give it, your phone number.
• Birth and report details: date, time and place of birth, and any questions you ask, for you or for someone you have permission to order for. Birth details combined with topics such as health or marriage can be sensitive, so we treat them with extra care.
• Order details: what you bought, when, and payment status. Your card or bank details are handled by CCAvenue or PayPal. We do not see or store them.
• Messages: anything you send through our contact form or by email.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, device and pages visited, collected through cookies and Google Analytics.

3Why we use it, and our basis

We use your information to:

• prepare and deliver your report, and take payment (to perform our contract with you);
• answer your messages and give support (with your consent or to perform our contract);
• keep tax, accounting and legal records (to meet legal obligations);
• keep the site secure, prevent fraud, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it (our legitimate interest, and your consent for non-essential cookies).

We do not send marketing emails at present. If we start, we will ask for your permission first, and every message will have an unsubscribe link. We never use your birth details for anything other than preparing and supporting your report.

4Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:

• Payment providers: CCAvenue (India) and PayPal (international), to process payments.
• Service providers: our website hosting, email delivery and security providers, who may only use data to serve us.
• Google Analytics: to measure site usage. Data is sent to Google.
• Authorities: where the law requires, or to protect our rights or prevent fraud.

If we hire a provider to help in future, we require them to protect your data.

5Cookies and analytics

Cookies are small files saved on your device. We use:

• Essential cookies for the cart, checkout, login and security. The site cannot work without them.
• Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to see which pages are visited. We use these only with your consent where the law requires it.

If we use advertising cookies or tracking pixels in future (for example when we promote the site), we will update this policy and ask for your consent first. You can change or withdraw your cookie choices through the cookie banner or in your browser settings. You can also install Google’s opt-out add-on. Blocking essential cookies may stop checkout from working.

6International transfers

We serve customers worldwide, and some of our providers (such as Google and PayPal) may process data on servers outside India or outside your country. We choose providers that apply appropriate safeguards, and we share only what is needed.

7How long we keep it

• Order and invoice records: for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires.
• Birth details, report copies and messages: up to 3 years after your last order, so we can support and correct your report. After that we delete or anonymise them.
• Analytics data: in line with the retention period set in our analytics account.

You can ask us to delete your data earlier (see Your rights), except records we must keep by law.

8Keeping it safe

We use reasonable safeguards: encrypted (HTTPS) connections, access limits, regular updates and trusted providers. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. If a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.

9Your rights

Under Indian law, and similar laws elsewhere, you may:

• ask what personal data we hold about you and how it is used;
• ask us to correct or complete it;
• ask us to erase it, unless we must keep it by law;
• withdraw consent at any time (this will not affect what we did before);
• nominate another person to exercise your rights if you cannot;
• make a complaint.

To use any of these, email support@astrograce.com. We will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India or your local data protection authority.

10Children

Our services are for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children. If a parent or guardian orders a report for a child, they are responsible for that order. If you think a child has given us data without a parent’s consent, tell us and we will delete it.

11Links to other sites

Our site may link to other websites. They have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

12Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version. For important changes, we will tell you by email or a notice on the site.
