2027 HOROSCOPE · SIMHA RASHI
Career, love, money and health predictions for the Leo Moon sign (Magha, Purva Phalguni and Uttara Phalguni first quarter), based on the 2027 transits of Saturn, Jupiter, Rahu and Ketu.
If your Moon was in Leo (Simha Rashi) when you were born, 2027 is a year of endurance first, relief in the second half. Saturn is in Pisces, your 8th house, for most of the year, which makes this the last stretch of the Ashtama Shani that began in March 2025. It gives way to your 9th house of luck between 3 June and 19 October, a welcome preview of relief, before ending for good on 23 February 2028. Jupiter, a friend of your Sun-ruled sign, visits your own sign twice, in January and from 26 June to 25 November, and spends the first half in your 12th house. Rahu in your 6th house helps you defeat rivals and clear obstacles. The year is demanding at first and clearly better in the second half.
This forecast is based on the Vedic gochar (transit) of the planets over your Moon sign, using the Lahiri ayanamsha. It applies to everyone born with the Moon in Magha, Purva Phalguni or the first quarter of Uttara Phalguni.
Indicative scores from transits alone. Your own birth chart and dasha can raise or lower each one.

Saturn has been in Pisces, the 8th house from your Moon, since 29 March 2025. This is Ashtama Shani, the traditional 2½ year period of Saturn in the 8th house, and it tends to bring slow progress, health worries, hidden obstacles and a need for patience with partners and joint money. In 2027 Saturn enters Aries, your 9th house, on 3 June, returns to Pisces on 20 October, and enters Aries for good on 23 February 2028, which marks the real end of Ashtama Shani.
The 9th house rules luck, father, teachers and long journeys, and Saturn is debilitated in Aries, so it is not a magic cure. Still, from June to October pressure on health and finances usually eases and luck begins to improve, though matters involving your father or a mentor need patience. Use the whole year to build resilience: regular health checks, clean paperwork, insurance and a strong savings habit. How hard Ashtama Shani hits depends on Saturn’s strength in your own birth chart.
Jupiter begins 2027 in Leo, your own sign and 1st house. On 25 January it moves back into Cancer, your 12th house of expenses, foreign lands, sleep and spirituality, where it is exalted and joins Ketu. On 26 June it returns to Leo and stays until 26 November, when it enters Virgo, your 2nd house of wealth, family and speech.
Jupiter in your sign is protective and confidence-building. It supports health, reputation and wise decisions, and from Leo it looks at your 5th, 7th and 9th houses, helping learning, children, partnership and luck. In Cancer, Jupiter tends to raise spending, but often in worthwhile ways such as travel, charity, education, healing and spiritual work. From Virgo it looks at your 6th, 8th and 10th houses, which helps health, joint finances and career, and gives your family and savings a lift.
Rahu is in Capricorn, your 6th house of competition, debts, health and daily work, and Ketu is in Cancer, your 12th house, for all of 2027. Rahu in the 6th is traditionally one of its better positions. It gives drive and helps you outmanoeuvre rivals, settle disputes and win legal or competitive battles, though it can make you overwork and ignore your health. Ketu in the 12th tends to bring detachment, spiritual interest, a taste for solitude and sometimes unexpected expenses or foreign links.
Both solar eclipses fall on this axis. The annular eclipse on 6 February is in Capricorn, your 6th house, so avoid hasty confrontations at work or in legal matters, and review your health and debts. The total eclipse on 2 August is in Cancer, your 12th house, so be careful with spending, sleep, travel plans and hospital or foreign-related matters around that date.
| Period | Jupiter | Saturn | What to expect |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1–24 Jan | Leo (1st) | Pisces (8th) | Jupiter in your own sign supports health and confidence, but Saturn in the 8th house still presses on. |
| 25 Jan–2 Jun | Cancer (12th), with Ketu | Pisces (8th) | Jupiter in your 12th house with Ketu raises spending and brings a spiritual turn. The 6 Feb eclipse is in your 6th house, so avoid conflict. |
| 3–25 Jun | Cancer (12th) | Aries (9th) | Saturn enters your 9th house, a first relief from Ashtama Shani. |
| 26 Jun–19 Oct | Leo (1st) | Aries (9th) | Jupiter returns to your sign while Saturn stays in the 9th. This is your best window of the year. The 2 Aug eclipse touches expenses and sleep. |
| 20 Oct–25 Nov | Leo (1st) | Pisces (8th) | Saturn returns to your 8th house for a last stretch. Take care with health, money and partners. |
| 26 Nov–31 Dec | Virgo (2nd) | Pisces (8th) | Jupiter enters your 2nd house: wealth, family and speech improve. |
Rahu stays in Capricorn and Ketu in Cancer all year. Dates follow the Lahiri ayanamsha and Indian Standard Time, and can differ by a day in other systems.
Career is moderate in the first half and better in the second. Rahu in the 6th house helps you handle competition, solve problems and rise through service, and it often favours government, legal, medical, security and troubleshooting roles. Saturn in the 8th house can slow promotions or bring a hidden problem at work until June, so expect to earn recognition rather than receive it.
Between 26 June and 25 November, Jupiter is in your sign and looks at your 9th house, which supports new responsibilities, good mentors and visibility, and Saturn’s move into the 9th house in June brings a first relief. Watch the 6 February eclipse in your 6th house, which can bring a workplace dispute or a reorganisation, and avoid confrontations. From 26 November Jupiter looks at your 10th house from Virgo, which supports recognition.
Job seekers: late June to October is your strongest window. Business owners: avoid overexpansion in the first half and plan for heavier expenses while Jupiter is in your 12th house.

Money needs care in the first half. Jupiter in your 12th house from 25 January to 26 June, with Ketu there as well, tends to raise expenses on travel, family, health, charity and spiritual purposes, and Saturn in the 8th house makes joint finances, loans and taxes slower and trickier. Rahu in the 6th helps you clear debts if you follow a clear plan.
From 26 June, Jupiter in your sign brings better judgement and income, and from 26 November Jupiter in your 2nd house supports savings, family wealth and income from speech and advice. Avoid large new loans in the first half, and avoid signing financial papers in the days around 6 February and 2 August.
This is astrological guidance, not financial advice.

Love is steady before June and warm afterwards. Jupiter in your own sign, in January and from 26 June to 25 November, looks at your 7th house of partnership and your 5th house of romance, which supports engagement, reconciliation, courtship and joy in marriage. Singles are more likely to meet someone through friends, creative circles or travel in the second half.
Saturn in the 8th house can make intimacy feel heavy and bring caution or misunderstandings with in-laws, and Ketu in the 12th can create emotional distance or a desire for privacy. Be honest, make time for shared leisure and avoid secrecy about money. Singles who feel they have to wait should use the early months to understand what they want.
Whether a marriage is likely this year depends mainly on your dasha and your 7th house, not on transits alone.

Jupiter in your own sign, and its look at your 5th and 7th houses, supports family harmony, children and family functions in January and from 26 June to 25 November. This is a good period for planning a family, attending to children’s education and holding celebrations at home.
Between 25 January and 26 June, Jupiter and Ketu in your 12th house can bring a stay away from home, spending on family and a spiritual turn. The total eclipse on 2 August is in your 12th house, so keep family conflict low and avoid hasty property decisions around it. Conception and pregnancy depend on medical factors, so use astrology to choose a calm time and see your doctor for the medical side.

Health needs the most care. Saturn in the 8th house is the main concern. It can bring chronic or recurring ailments, fatigue, back and bone issues, and a slow recovery from illness, especially until June and again from 20 October. Leo rules the heart and spine, so blood pressure, stress and posture deserve attention. Rahu in the 6th house helps you recover and win over illness if you act early. Jupiter in your sign from 26 June is protective, and Ketu in the 12th can disturb sleep.
This is general guidance based on transits and does not replace medical advice.

Jupiter in your own sign in January and from 26 June to 25 November supports confidence, memory and results, and its look at your 5th house of learning is excellent for exams and competitive tests. From 25 January to 26 June Jupiter and Ketu in your 12th house can pull attention toward spiritual or foreign-study ideas, so a fixed routine matters. Rahu in the 6th gives a competitive edge. Saturn’s move into your 9th house in June supports higher study and long-term goals.

These are optional, low-cost practices that many people find steadying. None of them needs expensive rituals.
Avoid wearing gemstones or paying for costly pujas based on your Moon sign alone. The right remedy depends on your complete birth chart.
Leo is a proud, generous sign, and 2027 asks you to endure the last of a heavy Saturn phase with dignity. Take care of your health, keep your promises and use Jupiter’s second-half support, and brighter years are within reach.

It is mixed, with a better second half. Saturn’s Ashtama Shani is in its last stretch and Jupiter spends the first half in your 12th house, but Jupiter in your own sign from 26 June to 25 November and Rahu in your 6th house bring real support.
Yes, until 23 February 2028. Saturn in Pisces is in the 8th house from your Moon. It enters Aries, your 9th house, on 3 June 2027 for a preview of relief, returns to Pisces on 20 October 2027 and enters Aries for good on 23 February 2028.
Saturn enters Aries, your 9th house, on 3 June 2027. It brings a first relief from Ashtama Shani, though it returns to Pisces on 20 October before settling in Aries on 23 February 2028.
Late June to October is your strongest window, with Jupiter in your sign and Saturn in your 9th house. Avoid acting in a rush around the 6 February eclipse. Your own dasha decides the exact timing, which the Career Guidance Report can show.
It can be, especially from 26 June to 25 November when Jupiter in your sign looks at your 7th house. Saturn in your 8th house can slow things earlier in the year. Marriage timing depends mainly on your dasha and 7th house.
Light a sesame oil lamp on Saturday evenings, chant the Saturn mantra or the Hanuman Chalisa, serve the elderly and the sick, and keep health checks, savings and sleep in order. Sun worship on Sundays supports your sign. Check your full chart before wearing any gemstone.
It is based on the Moon sign (Simha Rashi) used in Vedic astrology, with the Lahiri ayanamsha. This is different from Western Sun-sign Leo (about 23 July to 22 August), and the two are often different signs.
